THE Pacific Media Assistance Scheme (PACMAS) and the Media Association of Solomon Islands (MASI) have collaboratively facilitated a digital media session which is the final training for 2022 targeting Sales and Marketing Officers and Website Administrators. 

PACMAS Country Director, Nina Tuhaika confirmed on Tuesday that PACMAS is now wrapping up its programs for this year and is looking forward to supporting MASI again next year in 2023.

The two (2) day digital media training is centred around,

1. Mindset shift – looking at one way of working from a digital-first perspective

2. Insights – Now vs. the target

3. Digital vision – identifying one ideal digital target

4. Top 3 jobs to be done – What can be done/What to do right away

Lisa Osifelo, a MASI member facilitated the training and was supported by Qila Tuhanuku, VP of Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Marketing and Corporate Affairs Manager Solomon Breweries Company Ltd.

The digital media sessions which were hosted at the Solomon Breweries Company Ltd. Area east of Honiara were attended by MASI members representing SIBC, Island Sun, Solomon Times Online, Paoa FM, ZFM, Tavuli News, Isles Media, Samedia, Studio Homegrown.
