President of the Organization of the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) Parliamentary Assembly Hon. Peter Kenilorea Jr. held a courtesy call with Secretary General of the OACPS Secretariat, H.E Georges Rebelo Pinto Chikoti, in the margins of the 60th session of the Parliamentary Assembly in Strasbourg, France.
President Hon. Kenilorea Jr. used the opportunity to express his appreciation to the Secretary General for the OACPS Secretariat’s support to Solomon Islands Presidency.
Hon. Kenilorea Jr. further congratulated the Secretary General for the milestones the OACPS Secretariat achieved, particularly on his leadership during unprecedented times in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The President also reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to support the Secretary General’s goals and vision, to ensure that the work of the OACPS receives the visibility it deserves, through the work of the Parliamentary Assembly’s programs and priorities during his tenure as President of the Parliamentary Assembly.
