“I want to sincerely thank the North Ulawa WDC for a job well done. This project marks a significant milestone in our shared effort to improve basic infrastructure and support for essential services in our communities. This project demonstrate how leadership and communities work hand in hand. “

“We all know that one of the biggest challenges faced by rural service officers in the lack of proper housing. Without decent accommodation, it is difficult to attract and retain qualified staff in our communities. This staff house, therefore, is more than just a building. It is an investment in people, in service delivery and in the future of North Ulawa. It will provide comfort, security and motivation for our staff, enabling them to better serve the needs of our people.” Mrs Tahiseu adds.

She further says that the project shows the Ward Development Fund, when properly managed and guided by clear priorities, can truly bring development to our doorstep.

“Let this achievement encourage us to continue working together, government, community and partners, to ensure that every dollar invested brings real and lasting benefit to our people. I wish to once again thank the WDC North Ulawa for their leadership, and implementing team for their hard work, and the community for their support and cooperation. May this staff house serve as a symbol of progress, partnership and hope for continuous development across North Ulawa ward” Mrs Tahiseu concludes.

The North Ulawa WDC Vice Chairperson, Mrs. Jean Teaitala, also took the opportunity to convey the committee’s appreciation to various partners and supporters who contributed to the successful completion of the project.

Aroaha primary school Board of management chairperson Mr Dennis Wa’apu.

“On behalf of the North Ulawa WDC, I would like to thank the Ulawa Ugi Constituency Office for their support through hardware materials, our community members for their active participation, and the school’s Board of Management for their contributions in one way or another. Your combined efforts have made this project a success,” Mrs. Teaitala said.
